CO-LOCATION

Co-location allows you to locate or rent a server in APCN's data facility, taking advantage of our high speed connections, redundant power, security and disaster protection. This allows for the fastest possible delivery of web information from your own server.

APCN has dedicated racks for co-locating your servers for businesses of all sizes. Servers must be rack-mounted units in sizes ranging from 1U to 4U. Any operating system you choose can be installed on the server including Linux, Sun, Macintosh and Windows based solutions. These platforms can run any type of server software and database applications such as Apache Web server, Filemaker Pro, Access, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP, Oracle, UNIX of all flavors, and many other applications. Colocation is also an ideal solution for clients who need to have their dns, mail, web hosting, ftp and proxy servers in a stable, secure environment.
